How will you manage a big project on my remote property?
For projects longer than a few days I have camper that allows me to work continuously on your property without having to commute or use your facilities.
What if I need a specialist like a certified electrician or help applying for a permit?
I work with a group of trusted professionals that support the project no matter the scope. I’m never afraid to bring in the necessary experts to get the job done right.
Can I make changes along the way?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. We will get everything in writing and adjust the quote after every change.
How does billing work?
I can work on a labour plus materials basis or with complete quotes covering the whole project. A 20% deposit will be required with installments as the work gets completed.
Can I get an invoice for my project?
Yes, you can. Everything is in writing and we’ll communicate on a regular basis.
